This policy explains how orders from the PAWLUXE store are processed and shipped, including shipping regions, timeframes, and related costs.

2 Shipping Regions

PAWLUXE offers international shipping covering countries worldwide. All prices and payments on the store are processed in US Dollars (USD).

3 Estimated Delivery Times

Rest of the World	10–25 business days

These timeframes are counted from the date the order is actually processed and shipped, and do not include public holidays or customs delays beyond our control.

4 Order Processing

Orders are prepared and processed during business days (Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Palestine time). Processing before shipment may take one to three additional business days depending on the product.

5 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation message with a tracking number (where available from the shipping carrier) so you can follow your order until it arrives.

6 Customs Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, additional customs duties or import taxes may be charged by the authorities in the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or displayed shipping cost.

7 Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your shipment exceeds the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we'll follow up with the carrier. In confirmed cases of loss, we will work out an appropriate resolution, whether reshipping or issuing a refund.

8 Delivery Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address and contact information are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect address information.
